I believe that with practice we find our journey. My teacher once said that a meditation or mindfulness practice is just five minutes a day on your mat. You practice doing this every day. Just committing to sitting still. As you develop this discipline and you work this daily practice, you won't notice a difference at first, then suddenly, those five minutes of daily practice create a quantum shift. A new perspective. A new way to experience your experience in this world. A new point of view that eases the suffering. A new way of relating that makes it infinitely more simple. A new relationship to your Self.  This is the Practice.
