Hi, I'm Camilla

I am a Holistic Chef and Yoga teacher from New York City currently residing in Sweden.

My interest in health, well-being, spirituality and medicine are products of my growing up all over the world: Venezuela, Peru, Thailand, different parts of the US (Miami & New York). Growing up in Thailand I experienced acupuncture and Eastern healing modalities at a young age to aid my severe asthma. My maternal lineage were all healers. I am no stranger to the tricky times of life: I survived Breast Cancer at the young age of 27, undergoing a double mastectomy and chemotherapy, as well as preventative IVF. I lost both of my parents by the age of 34. Endured the process of divorce at 39. I am the mother of two adorable little boys. These life experience primed me to be present and in service to others, who are struggling and desire a new path for themselves. Life is challenging. Showing up takes practice. I will help to guide you and hold space for you so that you may start practicing.

Your greatest teacher is within, but sometimes we need guidance and assurances to tap into that voice. Hopefully visiting here today opens up some opportunities to practice, to connect and to be present with yourself.

LIFE EXPERIENCE:

I spent 15 years in NYC as a Creative Services Director at Conde Nast, where I ideated and produced events and marketing programs at Allure, Architectural Digest, Gourmet Magazine, Teen Vogue, for countless high-end brands across every imaginable category. After 15 years in the industry, Yoga and culinary endeavors revealed themselves to be my true path. Once I started to tune in to my own inner voice I began the uphill quest to find out what my true purpose is, I realized that it is to be in-service of helping you find your own authentic voice.
