One session of the practice can lead to increased self-awareness, improved intra-personal communication, as well as strength and feelings of vitality & F’ing bliss, and reduced stress.  There is a process of returning home to ones’ Self that is revealed in the actual practicing of The Practice.

NUTRITION

Achieve a harmonious balance between indulgence and wellness, embracing a lifestyle that celebrates both pleasure and health. Camilla is a Certified Nutritional Practitioner and offers Nutritional Coaching, 1:1 Consultations, as well as hosts Nutrition Workshops and

 Group Programs.

FOOD STORIES

Cooking Classes + Food Storytelling Workshops for those eager to explore new flavors, ingredients, and culinary experiences that nourish body, mind, and soul. We also offer Recipe Development, Food Styling and At-Home Experiences. Partner with us for a tasteful and visually stunning culinary experience!
